Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens. This policy ensures fairness to both clients and
practitioners.

1. Appointment Changes
We kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
This allows us to offer the appointment to another client.

2. Late Cancellations & No Shows
- No shows may be charged the full appointment fee
- Repeated late cancellations may require prepayment for future bookings

3. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late:
- Your session may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client
- The full session fee still applies

​

4. Clinic Cancellations
If we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergencies, or
unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer the next
available time.
